Marketplace Animal Hospital

Marketplace Animal Hospital was truly a special experience for Rose to Design and Build. This 2,400 s.f. renovation plus an additional 2,400 s.f. expansion was a turnkey solution through Rose Design Build’s expertise. The redesigned space met the primary goal to improve patience flow from the entrance to reception to the exam rooms. The Treatment Area was relocated to accommodate a larger reception area, three exam rooms and a recovery room. Two private doctor’s offices, a breakroom and two ADA restrooms were added while the X-ray room was enclosed to create a space designated as a cat ward and business office. Our team controlled client costs through blending existing fixtures and finishes with new design elements. The original stained mahogany wood was refurbished and extended along the corridor of the new exam rooms. Together with the new entry flooring, an 8” x 48” wood plank porcelain tile with natural finish, the new expanded space in the front of the house combines rustic elements with modern finishes. Through strategic planning and allocation of resources, we kept the client’s door open to the public from start to finish, enabling them to continue their day-to-day operations with minimal interruption.
