A new 5,300 sq. ft. veterinary hospital in Lee’s Summit for GoodVets, a national veterinary management company based in Chicago, IL. The Lee’s Summit location created two buildings in one location through the design of two different facades mimicking 1920’s small town America. GoodVets has been designed to accommodate minor surgeries and general treatments. The facility houses five exam rooms, pharmacy, x-ray space, overnight kennel space for animals recovering from surgery, reception area, euthanasia room with exterior exit and one large surgery suite that contains a surgery prep area, and isolation space. The surgery suite has a specialized scavenging system that feeds oxygen and anesthesia to the animals undergoing surgery procedures and prep area with two tables. The contemporary interior design that is carried throughout creates a calming environment.
