Rose Design Build has had the pleasure of completing four projects for Country Kids Daycare. The new 10,600 s.f. building in Olathe, KS was designed to have a country cottage house feel while meeting local and state mandated standards for a childcare facility. The new building houses classrooms that are grouped for specific age groups ranging from infants to school age children. The classrooms are located around the perimeter of the building each with exterior entrances that meet safety regulations in case of fire and age appropriate restrooms. A kitchen is centrally located to accommodate meal times for all age groups. The daycare also includes large outdoor playgrounds and equipment with separate areas for the age groups. The Olathe location eventually expanded to the full site capacity by adding an addition that houses additional classrooms.
