Collis Equipment lives on a 12-acre lot that houses the original five story, 70,000 s.f. grain mill building. This uniquely designed building was retrofitted by Rose Design Build to create an updated heavy machinery manufacturing facility for Collis Equipment. The building features two floors of newly renovated office space containing eight offices and a breakroom on the first floor and open office space with a larger breakroom specifically designed for the manufacturing area on the second. The two-story perimeter of the building surrounds a larger five story manufacturing area where the client retained the original heave equipment crane systems that that is still used today. The site also shares land with two, newly built spec buildings that house two separate heavy equipment crane systems specializing in leased space for heavy machinery manufacturing. The two buildings are steel frame with precast walls. Building 1 is 16,000 s.f. with Building 2 boasting a larger 20,000 s.f.
