Challenges
- To design and build a new dealership on the same site as the existing facility while maintaining the day to day operation of the dealership .
- This building needed to create a new and bold look in keeping with the most current Ford dealership prototypes.
Results
- The new facility embodies the bold “new” look that both the owner and Ford desired.
- The existing dealership was able to maintain its operations during the entire construction process .
